VATICAN CITY, SEP 7, 2004 (VIS) - The Pope sent a letter, written in Latin and dated August 28th, to Cardinal Jozef Tomko on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his ordination as a bishop on September 15. The Slovakian cardinal is the prefect emeritus of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples and, since October 2001, president of the Pontifical Committee for International Eucharistic Congresses.
